Troy's studied IT systems support at Rochester Institute of Technology and after seven years of working and managing a help desk Troy understands the importance of making sure the technology works for the user.  Technical knowledge paired with real world experience has given him the ability to observe and communicate usability problems as well as insight into human behavior while using computers. Troy brings with him an expertise in behavioral observation, project management, and IT Infrastructure/networking.
